SAFETY PRECAUTIONS & WARNINGS

GASOLINE & GASOLINE VAPORS
1.  Gasoline vapors are highly flammable and explosive.
2.  Always have a dry chemical Class B fire extinguisher when
servicing or cleaning the fuel system.
3.  Do not store or work with gasoline or gasoline vapors near
open flame or ignition sources.
4.  Only clean or service the fuel system in a well ventilated area
with adequate exhaust ventilation.
5.  Never drain or store gasoline in an open container.
6.  Only drain or store gasoline in an approved container.
7.  Immediately clean up any fuel spills.
8.  Place shop towels and other materials used to clean up fuel
spills in an approved container.
9.  Always wear vented goggles or safety glasses when servicing or

cleaning the fuel system.
10. Always wear protective clothing and gloves when handling
gasoline fuel system cleaners.
11. Always wash hands and exposed ares of the skin with soap
and water after handling gasoline.
12. Always place Fuel and solvent resistant fender covers and
other protection over painted and other areas of the vehicle
which may be damaged.
13.  Avoid breathing gasoline vapors for a prolonged period of time.
14.  Use fuel resistant thread sealant on connections when required.
FUEL SYSTEM CLEANERS, ADAPTER, HOSES & TOOLS

1.  Read the safety warning listed on the fuel system cleaner container.
2.  Read the fuel system cleaner Material Safety Data Sheets.
3.  Fuel system cleaner vapors are highly flammable.
4.  Only clean or service the fuel system in a well ventilated area
with adequate exhaust ventilation.
5.  Always have a dry chemical Class B fire extinguisher when
servicing or cleaning the fuel system.
6. Always wear vented goggles or safety glasses when servicing or cleaning          
the fuel system.
7. Always wear protective clothing and gloves when handling
fuel system cleaners.
8. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using the fuel system cleaners.
9. Always wash hands and exposed ares of the skin with soap and water after      
handling the fuel system cleaner.
SYSTEM CLEANERS, ADAPTER, HOSES & TOOLS

10.  Avoid breathing fuel system cleaner vapors for a prolonged
period of time.
11.  Remove loose fitting clothing, jewelry, watches and rings before cleaning or                  
servicing the fuel system.
12.  The fuel system cleaning adapters, hoses and tools should only be used for the            
functions for which they were designed.
13.   Always place fender covers and other protection over painted and other areas of         
the vehicle which may be damaged by the fuel system cleaner.
14.   Service any of the vehicles fuel system hoses seals, service valves and other               
components which may result in fuel cleaner leaks.
15.   Always relieve fuel system pressure before loosening a fuel line connection or              
connecting an adapter to a fuel system service valve.
16.   Always place a shop towel over a fuel line or service valve before loosening.
17.   Always inspect fuel system cleaner adapters, connectors, hoses and tools for                
wear and damage.
18.   Immediately replace any worn or damaged fuel system cleaner adapters,                      
connectors, hoses and tools.
19.   When the fuel system cleaner is not being applied, always place the shut off                 
valve in the off position.
20.   Thoroughly clean fuel system cleaner adapter, hoses and tools after each use.
21.   Always set the parking brake and ensure the transmission is in neutral or park              
when performing the fuel system cleaning procedure.
22.   When performing the fuel system cleaning procedure, always keep the cleaner             
and hoses way from engine ignition sources, heat sources and moving parts.
23.   If the vehicle is required to be lifted, use a suitable hoist. Also, support vehicle              
with jack stands to avoid personal injury.
           CARBON MONOXIDE

1.  Carbon monoxide is a colorless, orderless and tasteless toxic gas.
2.   When carbon monoxide is inhaled, it will inhibit the blood's ability to carry oxygen           to
body tissue and vital organs such as the heart and brain.
3.   Excessive amounts of carbon monoxide can over come you with in minutes                   
without warning, causing loss of consciousness and suffocation.
4.   Only operate the engine in a well ventilated area with adequate exhaust                        
ventilation.
